How our rigid signs are built

Every rigid sign is a printed General Formulations vinyl graphic, applied to one of four professional sign substrates. You pick the substrate based on where the sign lives — indoor, outdoor short-term, or outdoor long-term — and the vinyl finish that matches your brand look.

Pick a substrate — Coroplast, foam board, Gatorfoam, or aluminum.
Pick a finish — any of our 8 General Formulations vinyl stocks.
Pick a size — pre-cut 18×24, 22×28, or 24×36, or request custom.

Lightweight fluted polypropylene sheet — the workhorse of short-term outdoor signage. Excellent for yard signs, real-estate signs, P.O.P. displays, trade-show and event signage. Weather-resistant and easy to grommet or stake.

Rigid polystyrene foam core faced on both sides with smooth, moisture-resistant wood-fiber veneer. Far more durable and dent-resistant than standard foam board — ideal for premium displays and long-life interior signage.
