We're an email-first print shop. Send your artwork, size, quantity, material/finish and deadline — quotes go out by email, usually within 30 minutes during business hours.
Please don't call — here's why
We keep our pricing low by keeping overhead low, and that means staying focused on production instead of the phone. We run six printers and three cutters that need constant attention and maintenance — if we're answering calls all day, machines sit idle and turnaround slips for everyone.
Phone calls also can't show us your artwork, and we only send quotes by email anyway (it's much faster to copy/paste exact pricing into an email than to read it out loud over the phone). Email puts you straight into our queue — we have an entire monitor on the desk dedicated to it, so during business hours an email reaches us as fast as a text would.
If you absolutely need to talk, email us a callback number with your artwork, size, quantity, material/finish and deadline and we'll call you back — usually within 30 minutes during business hours.

We don't accept artwork by SMS or Facebook Messenger — and it's not us being picky, it's about your files actually being printable and findable later.
- Android texts crush your art. MMS compresses images so badly the file is unusable for print.
- iMessage & Messenger get lost. Even when an iPhone sends a clean file, we'd have to email it to ourselves to keep it — and then we lose the ability to search for it later unless the subject line is perfect. Email it directly and it's tagged to your job from the start.
- Texts and DMs mix with personal stuff. We use those apps for friends and family too. Business emails go to the business inbox — nothing slips through the cracks after a long weekend.
- Email = your spot in line. Every quote request is queued, tracked and answered in order. During business hours an email is as fast as a text — and infinitely easier to find later.
What to put in your email
A clear, concise email gets a clear, concise quote back — usually within 30 minutes during business hours. Please include:
- 1Artwork (attached, print-ready)
- 2Size (final dimensions)
- 3Quantity
- 4Material / finish
- 5Deadline / in-hands date
- 6Callback number (only if needed)
